Stream Quality

An optimal viewing experience depends on your network access and device capabilities. These factors depend on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you select, and the configuration of your device. Fire TV Stables makes no guarantees regarding the content in this regard. Please note that sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or exclusion of the device.

Used Credit

Please note that all completed subscriptions and used credits are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

All information you enter into our database must be accurate and up to date. Please keep your passwords secure. You must not disclose them to any Fire TV employee. You are responsible for the use of your account.

Internet Service and Data Usage

You are responsible for all costs associated with the network access used to access our services.

Sharing a Subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You may only have one active stream open at a time. However, by purchasing additional connections, you may stream on multiple devices simultaneously.

Purchase Details

To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described in the service. Product pricing details, as well as payment and delivery terms, are displayed within the service and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Suspension and Downtime

In addition to our rights to terminate or suspend your access as described above, you acknowledge the following: Your access to and use of the services may be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unplanned downtime or unavailability of part or all of the services for any reason. All correspondence and communications under this agreement must be conducted in English. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your use of the services or access to content at any time, without prior notice or liability, if Fire TV Stable determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or failed to comply with any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. The Fire TV Stable logo and other trademarks, graphics, and scripts of Fire TV Stable are trademarks of Fire TV Stable. None of the Fire TV Stable trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise used.
